Chestnut is called king of thousands of fruits . It is rich in starch, protein, B vitamins and various minerals. It has a good health effect. It's the season of chestnuts. It's the end of the world. Don't let go of cooking. Rice with glutinous rice oil made of chestnut, mushroom, lotus seed, golden needle and wolfberry. The material is pure but fragrant. Vegetarian and non vegetarian friends may as well try.
Step1:Soak the dried lotus seeds and long glutinous rice for 4 hours in advance and drain them for standby; soften the dried Lentinus edodes in cold water for 10 minutes (fresh and direct slicing) and cut them into thin strips; wash the wolfberry and drain them for standby; the dried golden needle vegetables do not need to be soaked. Just wash them.
Step2:Put sesame oil in the pot. Stir fry ginger slices. Then stir fry mushrooms and broccoli.
Step3:Stir fry the glutinous rice evenly.
Step4:Mix all seasonings and water in order.
Step5:Add in the lotus seeds and bring to a boil.
Step6:Pour all the ingredients into the rice cooker and cook.
Step7:After cooking for the first time, loosen the glutinous rice, add the cooked chestnuts and wolfberry, mix well, and then put them on the cage drawer with the wet cage cloth (lotus leaf for me). Steam for 10 minutes.
Step8:When eating, you can sprinkle some red onion crisps to make it more fragrant.
