The marshmallow version of nougat is very simple, but this time it uses the liquid marshmallow in the can of fluff.
Step1:Dry cut cranberries and set aside. Soak the gelatine slices in ice water and set aside.
Step2:Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in the pan. Melt it over a low heat.
Step3:Then pour in fluff marshmallow. Continue to heat evenly over low heat (make sure to keep the heat low throughout).
Step4:Then pour in the milk powder. Stir well and let it off the fire.
Step5:Immediately add the soft gelatin tablet (squeeze dry the water). Mix well.
Step6:Pour in dried cranberries. Stir until not too sticky.
Step7:Spread the oil paper on the baking tray. Spread the batter on the oil paper.
Step8:Flatten to a uniform thickness of about 2cm.
Step9:Let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate it for half an hour.
Step10:After taking it out, use a knife to cut long strips.
Step11:Just wrap it with sugar paper.
