We grow the snake gourd ourselves. It's a home-made dish. It's super good with rice.
Step1:Cut the snake gourd in half. Dig out the seeds. Cut them crosswise.
Step2:Cut the lean meat into strips. Marinate it with salt and soy sauce.
Step3:Heat the oil and fry the lean meat.
Step4:Stir fry the meat quickly for one minute.
Step5:Wash the pot. Put in some oil. Stir fry the snake gourd for 2 minutes. Finally put in the meat, salt, garlic sauce. Take it up
