Step1:The oyster owner helped to pry it open. He came back and rinsed it with flowing water.
Step2:No pictures were taken during the process. Preheat the lower layer of the oven at 220 ℃ for two minutes. Add oil to the garlic and mix with a little soy sauce. Spread it on the oyster. Bake the lower layer for 20 minutes.
Step3:Just sprinkle the green onion on the stove. It's not too dry with the lower layer of fire garlic. I've tried to heat it up and down. It's not delicious when it's dried. There's no need to add salt when it's tasted with the raw sauce.
