Step1:All materials except yeast and fruit are kneaded in the bread machine and kneaded for 15 minute
Step2:If fresh yeast and dry yeast are added, put yeast box, set dough bread program, and set manual feeding. If you knead the noodles by hand, knead them until they are extended. Add the fruit ingredients and knead them evenly.
Step3:At the end of the basic fermentation, sprinkle thin powder on the chopping board. Divide the dough into two parts by exhausting air. Roll and relax for 10 minutes.

Step5:Drain into the baking tray. Close and lower. Put in the warm and moist place and ferment for about 40 minutes.
