Step5:The pickled lentils are covered with a thin layer of batter, and then they can be fried in an oil pan.
Step6:Don't overheat the oil. Just turn on the medium heat all the way. Let's put lentils into the pot one by one. They are like little fish. Fry until both sides are golden.
Step7:When fishing, use a fence to control the oil.

Cooking tips:There is no need to put egg liquid in batter. Try many times. Fried eggs are not easy to fry and crisp. Two, it is because of egg yolk. Deep fried oil will produce many small bubbles. The last pot of oil can't be ordered. If you make a soft fried dish, you can add egg liquid, such as soft fried shrimp, soft fried tenderloin and so on. The tip is that fried food is delicious.
