Step2:Prepare a bottle of old Beijing Wang Zhihe stinky tofu. (fermented tofu with fermented bacteria from old Beijing stinky tofu
Step3:Take out three pieces of Wang Zhi and stinky tofu.
Step4:Use a spoon to press the stinky tofu into the shape of mud.
Step5:Add 5 tablespoons of warm water and stir well. Remember to use warm water. Warm water can make the fermentation bacteria more active. Put cold water and its fermentation bacteria will be inactive. Of course, boiling water is not good. It will burn the fermentation bacteria inside. Step6:Cut the white tofu into small pieces of about 5cm. Put it in the box.
Step7:Pour the stinky tofu juice on the tofu in the box.

Step9:When marinating stinky tofu, let's mix a sauce - stinky tofu and press it into a paste. Add a spoonful of hot sauce, a spoonful of sesame paste, a spoonful of garlic paste, and a proper amount of warm water to mix it into a paste.
Step10:Dip in ingredients - 1 scoop of chili noodles, 2 scoops of cumin powder. Stir the cooked sesame seeds evenly. It would be better to put some peanut chips in it. I don't have any peanut chips in my family. I didn't put any.

Step12:Pour some oil into the pot. When it's 60-70% hot, fry the stinky tofu until both sides are golden.
