Step1:1. Wash and shred potatoes, green peppers and red pepper
Step2:2. Heat up the oil in a big fire. Remove the shredded potatoes from the water and drain them. Pour them into the pot and stir fry
Step3:3. Stir fry for about 3.4 minutes. Add white vinegar and continue to stir fry. Add the spare chili shreds. Stir for another 2 minutes and you will be out of the pot
