Step1:Make an 8-inch Qifeng cake according to my recipe. Cool and demould it.
Step2:Beat the cream at medium speed until it bubbles. Add 20g sugar powder. Continue to beat until it becomes larger. Beat the remaining 20g sugar powder at high speed until it has obvious lines. Then use medium speed to continue to beat until it has vertical sharp corners and will not deform.
Step3:Because I didn't buy any special tools, I used the cream spread by a scraper. Besides, the cake was only cut into two pieces from the middle. At last, I could decorate with strawberries or other fruits. I can eat it. (* ≥ ±)
