This is my favorite dish. Four season beans are the main part. Meat is only used for embellishment and collocation. It makes the dishes have a little meat and oil flavor.
Step1:Rinse and shred the string beans. Shred the lean meat with green pepper. Cut the garlic.
Step2:Heat up a little oil until it's 90% hot. Stir fry the thin meat quickly. Add a little soy sauce. Stir until it's broken. (a little oil can't be grasped. Just put one fifth of the volume of meat. Take a spoon raw.
Step3:Put two spoonfuls of oil in the pan. Heat to 80% and saute garlic until fragrant.
Step4:Stir fry the chopped string beans and green peppers in high heat. Add a spoon of fresh extract during the stir fry.
Step5:Stir fry for about 5 minutes. After the beans are completely broken and softened, put in the thin meat shreds that have been fried before and stir fry.
Step6:Finally, mix in a small spoon of salt and stir.
Cooking tips:1. Season beans must be fried well to avoid poisoning. 2. Measurement unit spoon is white porcelain spoon. Spoon is stainless steel spoon with long handle and small head for coffee making. Please do not confuse. 3. The thin meat shreds are cut off and then put into the pot. The purpose is to ensure that the meat is fresh and tender. If you don't mind the taste, you can omit this step. After frying the meat, you can directly stir fry the four season beans with garlic.
