Generally, I don't make fish. There are two reasons. One is that my husband makes fish so delicious (we don't order fish when we go to restaurants). And I can't make that taste. Second, all three children like fish
Step1:Prepare onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:A carp (big fish, easy to pick). Wash and dry. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle starch and cooking wine on the surface. Marinate for ten minutes.
Step3:Put the oil in the pan (it's better to fry it in a non stick pan. I used to fry it in an iron pan once. The fish after frying is terrible. Mm-hmm. don't laugh at me. Fry the fish on both sides until golden.
Step4:Fry the onion, ginger and garlic with the leftover oil of fried fish. Put pepper, seasoning, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt. Add water just before the fish pieces. Bring to a boil. Turn to a small heat and simmer slowly.
Step5:Stew till the soup is collected, put out the pot and sprinkle some parsley (there is no parsley at home, instead of onion).
Step6:Odds and ends of a meal after dinner. There's not much left. The children are so awesome. Eat and praise their mother. Although a meal for you to pick bones. Eat enough fish soup. But my mother is full of confidence. Will do. Buy more than three Jin next time.
