Step1:Peel, wash and slice 500g white gourd.
Step2:Cut 50g ham into small slices. Cut shallot into small segments.
Step3:Heat 30g oil, stir fry the ham until fragrant, then stir fry the wax gourd.
Step4:Add 50g water and cook until the wax gourd is ripe. Add salt and oyster sauce. Sprinkle with onion.
Cooking tips:Note that the ham is salty. Put in a small amount of salt in several times. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
