Every time I go to a restaurant, I like dry fried things very much. I've never been successful at home before. After continuous learning, I can finally make a decent dry fried string bean^_ ^
Step1:Wash the beans or beans. Remove the old tendons. Break them into small pieces. Boil the water in the pot. Blanch the water for one minute. Remove the raw taste of the bean
Step2:Take out the control dry water. After the surface water is evaporated, burn the oil in the pot. Blanch the beans in 70% heat and fry them. Medium high heat. Do not use too low heat. Fry until the surface is wrinkled and slightly yellow, control oil and remove.
Step3:Add one and a half spoonfuls of cooking wine, one spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonfuls of oil and a half spoonfuls of sugar to the minced meat and marinate for ten minutes.
Step4:Cut onion, ginger and garlic. Spare onion.
Step5:Leave a little bit of oil in the pot. Put the minced meat into the pot. Keep turning and breaking the minced meat. Fry until it changes color. Take it out for standby.
Step6:Add a little oil to the pot and heat it up. Put in the dried chilli, onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry. Add Pixian bean paste and 1.5 teaspoon to stir fry the red oil. Add seasoned beans and minced meat that control the dry oil. Stir quickly and put in the onion powder, chicken essence and half teaspoon sugar. Stir again and quickly out of the pot. Open to eat.
Cooking tips:Pixian bean paste is very salty. There is no need to add salt. Don't leave the Fried String beans for too long, or they will become soft. It's the best to fry them now and cook them delicious.
