Persimmon is a special product of Fuping. It goes on sale every November of the lunar calendar. It's sold all over the country and even exported to other countries. It tastes soft, sweet and glutinous, with endless aftertaste.
Step1:Pick the hard persimmon with reddish color. When picking, pay attention to the fact that each persimmon should leave a stalk as long as a finger joint. It is to better fix the persimmon on the plastic rope.
Step2:Peel the persimmons. Peel them off one by one. Then fix them on the rope. Leave a space in the middle so that the sun can reach each persimmon. As shown in the picture above.
Step3:After all the persimmons are fixed in a string, find a place where the sun can shine. Tie a thick rope on both ends of the wall. You can also use a long stick to hang the string of persimmons. Let them dry naturally. After a month, the persimmons will be dried. Take them off and put them in a clean basin. After a few days, they will be covered with another layer of white icing. It's good to eat or send them away. My persimmon will be ready in a week.
