My favorite fried hairtail made by my father. It's Crispy with thick batter. It's just the delicious food of my childhood.
Step1:Wash and cut the hairtail. Pour in a small amount of cooking wine and marinate for a while.
Step2:Beat two eggs. Pour in a handful of flour, a small amount of pepper and salt. Mix well. There is no granule. It depends on my hobbies. I'm a little thin.
Step3:Put more oil in the pot. When the oil is a little hot, fry the hairtail paste in the pot. A few seconds after putting it in, use chopsticks to move it. Don't stick the pot. Turn it over as soon as possible. Or add more oil to prevent sticking.
Step4:Deep fry the fish over medium low heat. It's only golden on both sides.
