As it gets colder and colder, people are more and more reluctant to get up early. Breakfast has become a headache. We can make some omelette and put it in the refrigerator. Steam it in the morning. It's delicious and healthy.
Step1:Steam the white glutinous rice and black rice well (it's introduced in my recipe).
Step2:Break up 3 eggs in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons starch and water and stir well. Pour into the egg mixture. Brush a little oil in the pan.
Step3:Heat up a small pot. Spoon about 35ml of egg liquid into the hot pot. Turn the pot so that the egg liquid is evenly spread on the bottom of the pot. Remove the egg cake and put it on the plate.
Step4:Dice the ham. Chop the mustard. Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the ham and mustard until fragrant. Put in the steamed rice and sprinkle with scallion. Add some soy sauce to taste.
Step5:Wrap the fried rice in the egg shell. Refrigerate it in the refrigerator. Steam it after eating.
Cooking tips:You can add some pepper to the rice according to your taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
