I always thought that the chicken curry I had in Chiang Mai was different from that in China. The color is not so yellow. It's not so spicy curry. I made this dish myself before I understood it. Because coconut milk was used. I especially like the taste of Thai curry. Let's have bibimbap together.

Step8:Add 80g yellow curry sauce.
Step9:Stir fry curry sauce. It must be cooked slowly and dissolved. If curry is scorched in high temperature, it will be bitter. It's hard to eat.
Step10:When the coconut milk and curry are completely integrated, pour in the remaining half of the coconut milk 100ml.
Step11:Stir well. Cook slowly until it is completely combined.
Step12:Chicken bone soup is ready. It's ready to use.
Step13:Add stock. 2 tablespoons first. Adjust the consistency.
Step14:Mix well.
Step15:Open the fire. Boil. Stir while boiling to avoid burning.
Step16:Put in the drumsticks. Cook.
Step17:In two minutes. Put in the potatoes.

Step20:Add coconut sugar. Adjust the sweetness.
