I've done a lot of fried cod before. It's basically made of bread bran. I happen to have this kind of soy sauce for steamed fish at home. I want to try it on the surface and fry it again. I didn't expect it would taste good.
Step1:Wash the COD and remove the scales. Dry the surface with a cotton towel.
Step2:Spread a small amount of low sodium salt on both sides of the cod.
Step3:Sprinkle black pepper on both sides.
Step4:Pour in a proper amount of raw sauce. Spread it evenly on both sides of COD. Although it's steamed fish sauce, it tastes good here Marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step5:Pour a little corn oil into the non stick pot. It doesn't need too much.
Step6:When the oil is hot, put in the marinated cod. Fry it over low heat. Fry both sides for about 4-5 minutes.
Step7:Put it on the plate. Sprinkle the cooked black sesame. Cod is very delicate. It tastes like the cooked black sesame. The taste is very good.
Cooking tips:Don't sprinkle black sesame seeds. The taste is quite different. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
