Northeasterners can't eat hemp very much. But I like to eat Mapo Tofu. So there is Mapo Tofu, which is not hemp and is very simple to make.

Step4:When the soup starts to thicken, add fried shredded meat and scallion, and add a little salt. Pixian bean paste is salty, so it should not be put too much salt.
Step5:Fire to collect juice. Done. I think it's very good to leave some soup. Some of them have been dried this time.
Cooking tips:Put Pixian Douban sauce, and pay attention to not too much salt. Do not put oil into the bean paste. It's mainly for seasoning. Just a little. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
