French toast is the classic of breakfast in Europe and America, just like the status of sweet steamed bread and sweet steamed bun in China. Although it's called French toast, it originated in Rome (as early as the 5th century). The main point of making it is to use the hard bread overnight, so its literal name is actually lost bread.
Step1:Mix all the ingredients except bread. Put them in a large open shallow bowl.
Step2:Heat the pan over medium low heat.
Step3:Immerse the bread in the liquid. There is no flour for about 1520 seconds. Adjust according to the hardness and thickness of your bread.
Step4:Put the bread in a pan and fry until golden on both sides. Put enough oil, or it will be easy to dip in the bottom. You can choose to add herbs (Sage, thyme, rosemary) to fry together. This will have the flavor of vanilla.
Step5:Plate - add fresh strawberries, coconut cream, maple syrup and other ingredients you like.
