I don't want to get up early the next day to make breakfast. Let's refrigerate a cup of yogurt oatmeal one day in advance.
Step1:Take a glass. Stick the sliced strawberries on the wall. Remember to cut them as thin as possible.
Step2:Spread oatmeal on the bottom.
Step3:Pour in a layer of yogurt.
Step4:Another layer of oatmeal.
Step5:Add another layer of yogurt. And so on. Until the cup is full.
Step6:You can decorate the top with some strawberries. Refrigerate overnight. Eat directly the next day ~ full of energy.
