It's a big custom here for Chinese New Year's Eve to kill pig and bacon in the Chinese New Year's Eve. Although some black ones are not very good-looking after smoking, they are delicious.
Step1:Wash and cut garlic moss into small pieces.
Step2:Wash and slice the bacon. Separate the fat from the thin.
