Cooking Steps

   Step1:Wash the potatoes. Cut them. If you have poor technology, you will not send photo

2. 

   Step2:Over water. Warm water or boiled water with salt. Just watch the starch come out. I usually boil it for about three minutes

3. 

   Step3:Just blow it up. It's OK to change color. I really can't just try it.
