My lemon is just ripe. With rosemary on the balcony and salmon in the fridge, I'd like to fry salmon.
Step1:Picking Rosemar
Step2:Cut the thawed salmon into proper size. Add salt, hand ground black pepper, rosemary and olive oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step3:Pan fry. Pan fry for about 2 minutes on top and bottom respectively. Pan fry for about 1 minute on left and right sides.
Step4:Pick your own lemons and cut them into the right size.
Step5:Under the simple decoration of lettuce leaves, squeeze the lemon juice and eat it.
