When I was at home, my father used to marinate the tofu that I couldn't finish. Then I fried it and ate it in a pot. Now I live here. I can't finish buying a piece of tofu at all. So I improved my father's fried tofu. I added the soup. Then I picked up the thin one. It was delicious.
Step1:Slice tofu and put it on the plate. Add salt and marinate for 30 minutes. Check out the tofu and put it on the curtain. Control the moisture.
Step2:Add a small amount of oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, slide it into the tofu. Pan fry the tofu on both sides. Remove.
Step3:Take a small bowl. Add sugar, chili sauce or bean paste, soy sauce, onion and ginger water. Stir and pour into the pot (pan fried tofu is OK. No need to brush the pot
Step4:Boil it over high heat. Pour in tofu. Cook for about one minute. Thin it and leave the pot. It was originally made to bring lunch box the next day, so only the final effect picture was taken. I made an appointment with my friends for dinner at night. I can only put it in the refrigerator.
