Every Lantern Festival and winter solstice, our hometown cooks wheat cakes. It's delicious.
Step1:Cut onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Step2:Shepherd's purse is blanched in boiling water. When it is fished out, it will be dried and finely cut. Especially the root should be cut several times to avoid breaking the skin in the later steps.
Step3:According to the proportion of flour water 5-3, mix well the day before. Set aside.
Step4:Mix the shepherd's purse, minced meat, tofu, scallion, ginger and garlic, and make them into small balls. Each one is about 70g. I usually use one hand to complete this procedure, because my mother does the same.
Step5:Roll the first day's dough into the size of an adult's paw. Put the stuffing in the dough. Wrap it like a bun. Place the joint down for a while.

Step7:Roll the dough thin with a rolling pin. The thinner the dough, the better. But there should be no damage.
Step8:In the pan, fry it over high heat. Turn it over and fry until both sides are golden.
