The first time I eat spicy pot outside, I think it's good. But I don't eat enough every time. And I live too far away. So I decided to do it myself. Do it yourself. Plenty of food and clothing.
Step1:Sliced lean meat. Size doesn 't matter. Put in starch, salt, pepper, chili powder, cooking wine and soy sauce to marinate.
Step2:Peel and slice potatoes. Put them in water to remove starch. Then pull them out for use.
Step3:Lotus root is washed and sliced. Thickness depends on personal preference. I prefer thin.
Step4:Wash and cut the garlic bolt and scallion together.
Step5:Wash the long green pepper and red pepper. Cut the oblique knife. Red pepper is mainly for toning.
Step6:Cut the garlic a few times. Ginger is right. The dried red peppers are torn. The pepper in the same step is put together.
Step7:Proper amount of oil. Medium heat for 7 minutes. Pour in the marinated meat. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Remove the meat when it is cooked. Leave the oil in the pot.
Step8:Pour in the potatoes and stir fry. Add some salt. When the potatoes turn yellow and soft, remove them and put them aside. Keep the oil in the pot (add some if the oil is used up. Medium heat for 7 minutes
Step9:Stir fry the lotus root slices in the pot. Add salt. Determine the stir fry time according to personal taste. Then take it out.
Step10:Stir fry the garlic bolt. Add salt. Add the seasoning of step 5 and step 6 after one minute. Stir fry for 10 seconds. When the fragrance comes out, pour in the shallots and fry them.
Step11:Put the meat, potatoes, lotus root slices and so on into the pot and stir fry them. Pour in the soy sauce and color it. Season with cumin powder. Stir fry well, then turn off the heat and add MSG or chicken essence. It's ready to go.
Cooking tips:Vegetables can be added according to your taste. The amount of seasoning depends on your preference. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
