Step2:Tin paper paves the baking tray. Brush a thin layer of edible oil. Spread the cured mutton evenly on the tin paper. Preheat the oven for three minutes. Put in the pan. Up and down 220 degrees. 20 minutes. The mutton in the middle can be turned over or not. This is optional.
Step3:Dada. It's out. When marinating, put more cumin grains. Otherwise, it will not taste very fragrant.
Step4:Finally, I'd like to nag. If you want to have the taste of shichuan'er, please don't put onion, ginger and garlic cooking wine or anything when you marinate it. Only the five seasonings in step 1 can do it.
