Mutton is a good warm tonic. Although the climate is hot in summer, I always like to eat cold drinks or cold dishes. But in fact, the maintenance in summer is very important. It is good for my health to eat mutton occasionally.

Cooking tips:I used the simplest condiment. Actually, it would be delicious to add cumin, pepper, chopped pepper and so on according to my own preference. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
