There are many delicious spaghetti, but sometimes it's wrong. I don't like special sour sauce. Then I need more minced meat.
Step1:Scald the tomato with boiling water, peel and dice for use. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot. Stir fry the minced meat. Add the diced tomato after discoloration. Press the tomato slightly out of the juice. Add two spoonfuls of tomato sauce. Boil the red wine and chicken soup for 20 minutes, add salt and pepper and turn to a small heat.
Step2:When cooking the sauce, boil the pasta with water. Put a little salt and oil into the pasta after the water is boiled. The pasta is elastic. I like to cook it for 10 minutes with a bit of chewiness. I like to cook it for 12 minutes with a little bit of softness.
Step3:When the noodles are cooked, the sauce is almost ready. Add some basil and parmesan cheese to the sauce and mix well, then dish.
Step4:Add a little basil and cheese to the plate. A delicious tomato sauce pasta is finished.
Cooking tips:Two. Chicken soup can't be mixed in half a bowl with thick soup. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
