Youdunzi is a special product of Lili. It is said that Youdun in Lili was made for Emperor Qianlong. It was named after Emperor Qianlong. Youdunzi uses water to grind glutinous rice flour. Add some water to knead it. The flour is tough but not loose. It's wrapped with meat stuffing or white sugar and slowly boiled out with rapeseed oil in a pan. The shape of youdunzi is similar to that of shigudun, the plinth of an old-fashioned house in Suzhou, so it's named. Li Li's oil mound is very large. Its end face is the size of an adult palm. Cooking tips:1 - do not use soy sauce, onion and other seasonings for meat filling. It will affect the taste of the whole dough. 2-I added a little sticky rice flour. It's not as hard as the whole glutinous rice flour after boiling. But I don't know if the youdunzi in Lili town also added sticky rice flour. You can also use all the glutinous rice flour. It depends on what kind of taste you like. 3-sugar is added to the dough to make it more beautiful. So don't remove it. Otherwise, the color will be white. 4-when blanching with canola oil, don't move too much. Just turn it over once, or it will burst your stomach. Use the smallest fire in the whole process. Don't use the big fire. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
