Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Put the right amount of Toon into a large bowl, add the right amount of water, break it off and clean it, then take it out. Cut the Chinese toon into Chinese toon granules and put them into the plate for standby.

   Step2:Add five spoonfuls of flour to the bowl. Add some salt and two eggs. Mix with chopsticks. While stirring, add some water to make a paste of proper concentration. Add some thirteen spices to the batter and stir again.

   Step3:Turn the pan to a low heat. Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan. Scoop in a proper amount of batter. Turn the pan. Spread the batter on the bottom of the pan. Turn the pan again after spreading the bottom. Fry the pancakes. Take out the pancakes after frying. After all the pancakes are fried, use a knife to divide them into two parts. Fold them and put them on a plate for later use.

4. 

   Step4:Heat the pot to remove the oil. Add some pepper and garlic. Stir fry over low heat. Add some minced meat and stir fry until fragrant. Stir fry the minced meat and add some chili powder. Stir fry together. Put in Chinese toon seeds. Stir fry with minced meat until fragrant. Finally add some salt and chicken essence. Stir evenly over high heat. Put Chinese toon into a bowl. Put it into a plate with pancakes. Decorate and taste it.
