Step4:Before leaving the pot, add seaweed (Auricularia auricula) pieces and meat floss (optional).
Cooking tips:Auxiliary materials and porridge boil together for too long. The color of porridge will turn gray. Depending on the color of porridge (normally close to white), grasp the time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
