Step8:Put it in subcooled water. Make sure it's cold water. Heat until the water boils. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Cook the red bean until it's cooked.
Step9:After the water is boiled, boil it for 20 ~ 30. Check whether the red beans are cooked. It's better to boil it a little. But it can't be boiled. As shown in the picture, red beans can be opened by hand, indicating that they are ripe.
Step10:Drain the boiled red beans. Drain the water well.
Step11:Spread a layer of sugar on the bottom of the bowl. Then pour in the red beans.

Cooking tips:Be sure to soak the red beans for about 10 hours. If there is no time to soak, the cooking time will be longer. After the first time of boiling, red beans must be fully removed with cold water. Otherwise, it will affect the cooked red beans. It will burst. Sugar is placed according to the amount of red beans you like. But it can only be more or less. Otherwise, it will not taste. It's better to use fine white sugar. It's easy for red beans to absorb. Because I don't have enough sugar. So I took some ice sugar to top it up. As a result, I didn't have the skills to melt and cook delicious dishes.
