This is a combination of two different methods. It's simple and delicious. It's good for snacks and dishes. I used flour before making this. The method is the same. But the taste is not as crisp as starch. Because when the flour is cold, it will have some skin.
Step1:Prepare half a pot of raw peanuts. Put in an eg
Step2:Mix well and add starch in several times (I use corn starch here. Any starch is OK
Step3:Mix the starch and peanuts so that they are ready. Make sure that the starch is wrapped clearly. Then put it into another container. The rest of the powder is not needed
Step4:Heat the oil in the pot. Fry the peanuts in medium low heat after the oil is heated. It's about five or six minutes. Then take it out
Step5:Prepare the seasoning. I use Orleans chicken wings powder (leftover from the previous chicken wings), pepper powder, ground black pepper and pepper powder. Put a little salt. Mix well. The seasoning can be changed according to your own taste
Step6:Turn the heat in the pot to a low heat and put in the sugar. Add a little cooking oil and a little water. Mix well and then put in the seasoning mixture (I forgot to pat it here. Not too much water
Step7:Then put in the cooked sesame seeds and stir them evenly. Stir them in high heat for several times, and then let them cool
