Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Pour the pure water into the pot. Put in the streaky pork, cooking wine, onion and ginger. When the water boils, take out the streaky pork. Rinse.

  2. Step2:Pour the streaky pork and pure water into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the streaky pork and keep the broth.
