Hazelnut mushroom is the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea, a fungus of the phylum fungi. So far, it is one of the few wild fungi recognized by people but still unable to be cultivated artificially. It can be called mountain treasure and the fourth treasure in Northeast China. Hazelnut mushroom is smooth, delicious and nutritious. It is listed as a kind of food in some developed countries. Especially suitable for excessive use of eyes, ophthalmia, night blindness, dry skin, hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, lumbago and leg pain, low immune consumption.
Step1:Soak the dried hazelnut mushroom in water for 2 hours. Boil the spareribs in cold water and wash them again for standby.
