Cooking tips:Due to the limited conditions, I use Shanghai noodle soup instead of fried noodles. When noodle soup is used as fried noodles, it is easy to paste. It should taste better to make this bean sprout fried noodles with the oil noodles bought from the vegetable market. Many ingredients in the fried noodles can be changed as you like. For example, leek, lunch meat and egg skin are all good choices. You can also eat it with other small dishes (for example, I used a picture with ribs on the cover here). Such a simple fried noodles, you won't be tired of it - D has skills in making delicious dishes.
