This is my favorite pancake. Some glutinous rice flour is added to the batter. The fried pancake is soft, glutinous and sweet. It's more delicious when it's cooled ~ -
Step1:Prepare flour and glutinous rice flour. Wash corn kernels with wate
Step2:Pour the flour, glutinous rice flour and sugar into the bowl. Add some water and stir until the sugar melts completely. Let it stand for a while. When the bubbles in the batter are almost gone, open the pancake
Step3:Heat up the pot on a low heat. First apply a layer of oil with a brush. Then spread the corn on the bottom of the pot
Step4:Pour the batter in slowly. Pour the batter and turn the pan. Spread the batter evenly on the bottom of the pan

Step6:Watch the edge of the cake rise slightly and open the pot cove
Step7:Turn it over and fry it for another half minute. If you like it a little bit burnt, fry it for a little longer
Step8:Finished product. There is little oil in this cake. The whole corn grain has the feeling of bursting pulp
Cooking tips:(1) it's better to fry this cake in a non stick pan. (2) fry it slowly over a low heat. You can also change sugar into salt. Add some scallion to make it salty. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
