After mixing, release and crush the rice by hand (it is recommended to wear eating gloves) or other better tools. Grind until the rice is no longer granular. Then put it on the cutting board and knead it into a column. After making sure it is firm and not loose, use a kitchen knife to cut the rice strips into thick slices for later use.
Step3:Wash and cut the side dishes for later use (this step can be carried out simultaneously when cooking rice).
