Salad is a perfect match for summer. It's a simple appetizer and a meal.
Step1:Wash cowpea, garlic and pepper.
Step2:Add water to boil in the pot. Add cowpeas. Drop a few drops of cooking oil and some salt. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove the cold water twice.
Step3:Cut the chili and garlic.
Step4:In a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, dried mom and some salt.
Step5:Cut the cowpeas into small pieces and put them on the plate.
