I didn't have a cold for pickled vegetables before. I have a new understanding of pickled beans since I made them. For the time being, I don't mention all the benefits of pickled vegetables. But the taste is very appetizing.
Step1:Wash and dry the bean
Step2:Sterilize the boiling water of the container used to make sour beans

Step4:A handful of dried beans, three or five in a row, can be put into a container

Step6:Pour the cool water into the container. Make sure you don't pass the beans. Finally pour in a spoonful of high liquor
Step7:Seal the bottle mouth with plastic wrap, tighten the cap and put it in a cool place
Step8:A week later. The beans have changed color. Now they can be eaten
Cooking tips:As long as the container for beans is not opened, it can be kept for a long time; the amount of salt and sugar for making sour beans can be adjusted to make dishes delicious.
