Bamboo fungus has the reputation of Queen of fungus and eight delicacies of grass . Hearing its name, we can know its valuable edible value. It can be used by men, women, and children. It has strong fragrance, delicious taste, nourishing kidney, nourishing qi, tonifying brain, refreshing body, moistening lung, relieving cough, clearing heat and dampness. It also protects liver and reduces the accumulation of abdominal fat. It is commonly known as scraping oil . Miao people in Yunnan have a lower risk of cancer, which is related to their frequent consumption of bamboo fungus and glutinous rice in water. Modern medical research shows that bamboo fungus contains ingredients that can inhibit tumor.
Step1:1. Dry the fresh bamboo fungus in warm salt and water for 20 minutes. Remove the head and tail. Reserve. Rinse the mushroom several times. Soak the hair in warm water. It is recommended to pour the mushroom water into a casserole for stewing.

Cooking tips:Fungus can be stewed together with chicken, spareribs and pig's hooves. If meat is added, it is recommended to stew the meat under high pressure in advance. It will be more delicious if fungus is stewed together in a casserole with stewed meat soup.
