Step1:Put half of the flour (200g) in a bowl.
Step2:Pour boiling water into the flour. Stir while flushing to form a hot face.
Step3:Yeast is activated in warm water for 2 minutes.
Step4:Pour the other half of the dry flour (200g) into the yeast water. Add a little sugar powder and stir.
Step5:Mix the two kinds of noodles and knead them into smooth dough (through kneading, folding method can be used).
Step6:Cover the dough with a damp cloth. Wake up for 10 minutes.
Step7:Pull the dough into a small dosage form and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying.
Step8:Take a dough and rub it round.
Step9:The small round dough is flattened (with thin edge). Put red bean paste (made by ourselves or with jiangzhejianwujiajialaodian bean paste) in the middle to form a small round ball. Order meat oil (lard or butter. No point in slimming period).
Step10:After wrapping the filling, the dough is rubbed into a round shape. The bottom is flattened to form a bean bag.
Step11:Cover the steamer with a fine cloth of natural color. Boil it with water. Put the beancurd in the steamer. Steam for 8 minutes (the bigger the beancurd bag, the longer the steaming time). Turn off the heat after steaming. Do not cover. Take out after 3 minutes.
Step12:You can eat the bean bag.
