I've had a lot of delicious food in Thailand. What impresses me most is mango rice. I didn't understand before. The way of eating fruit and rice. But after eating the authentic mango, I totally changed my mind. This food is very popular in Thailand. Everyone likes it.
Step1:Prepare the necessary ingredients. Thai glutinous rice (ordinary glutinous rice is OK). Mango. Coconut milk. Soak the cleaned glutinous rice in coconut milk for about 12 hours.
Step2:Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the rice cooker. Add sugar and cook it. It's better to cook it with coconut juice. It's more delicious.
Step3:Slice mango boneles
Step4:Put the cooked glutinous rice into the bowl, and then pour the bowl onto the plate.
Step5:Put the cut mango on both sides of the glutinous rice. Sprinkle some mango granules on the glutinous rice. Pour a small amount of coconut milk on it.
