I love steamed buns with preserved vegetables.
Step1:Meat, plum, vegetables and pumpkin are mixed into stuffing. The ingredients in the ingredients list are not put in except the yeast in the noodle water. The rest are put in. The saltiness is controlled by yourself.
Step2:The hair is long.
Step3:Pull it into a uniform dosage. My dosage is about the size of three or four dumpling skins.
Step4:Roll it out to be thin on the outside and thick in the middle. It can't be too thin. It can't hair.
Step5:Put in the stuffing.
Step6:Pinch the pleats from the outside. About 18.
Step7:Make a bun.
Step8:Wake up 30 minutes later and steam for 15 minutes. Start to count the time when the water is boiled.
Step9:Finished product.
Cooking tips:Pumpkin adds sweetness. If you don't like it, don't put it. Or don't put sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
