The whole family lost weight. After half a month's stew for dinner, my son finally yelled. Don't eat boiled vegetables. OK, I have time today. I'll have a Japanese style fried tempura instead.
Step1:Mix the flour + eggs + soda water (make sure it's frozen in the refrigerator) to make a batter. Put it in the refrigerator and wake up for a while (it's just time to clean up).
Step2:Whatever you like. Slice the vegetables. My son likes eggplant, mushroom and lotus vegetable best. A few pieces of a dish can fry a large basin. So remember to take proper amount of each dish.
Step3:The bran is in a jar. Every time I make sandwiches, the four sides I cut off are dried in an oven, rolled with a rolling pin, sifted and stored in a bottle. They are used to wrap flour when frying. They are also sold in supermarkets.
Step4:Put more hot oil in the pan. Keep it on medium heat. It's best to use a thick saucepan. First dip the two sides of the cut vegetables with bread bran. Then hang a thin layer of batter. Then fry them in the pot.
Step5:Fry well done dishes for one minute. Fry badly done dishes for 35 minutes. Deep fried with tempura juice to eat. No direct food is also delicious.
Cooking tips:I never need to make baking powder when I eat at home. If I want to pursue the effect in the restaurant, I will add 1g baking powder to the batter. Because there are so many varieties. It's really the same dish that fried a big pot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
