Because Kunbo casserole will release a lot of far infrared rays when heated. So I decided to try to make a baked chicken. Sure enough, the moment when the baked chicken came out of the pot, the house was full of fragrance. I didn't expect that I could eat the fragrant baked chicken at home. At that moment, I was very happy.
Step1:Native chicken. Others kill it. Remove the internal organs and chicken feet and clean them. Drain the water for use.
Step2:Prepare fresh ginger, ginger, shallot, garlic and pepper.
Step3:The ginger is squeezed into juice by a juicer.
Step4:Rub ginger juice, cooking wine, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, salt and pepper all over the chicken to make every part of the chicken taste better. Beat the green onion. Slice the ginger. Beat the garlic and put it into the chicken's stomach.
Step5:Fix the chicken belly with toothpick. Marinate for 2 hours. Turn over once in the middle. Make every part of the chicken marinate well.
Step6:After 2 hours, put the bottom of the casserole into the grill. Put on the tin paper. Put the whole chicken into the casserole. Cover the casserole.
Step7:Bake in high heat for 40 minutes. The specific time depends on the size of the whole chicken. Turn it over every 15 minutes. Let the chicken heat evenly.
Step8:It's done. When the lid is opened, the smell of baked chicken is all over the room.
Step9:It's a long time since I've seen the taste of the chicken in the countryside.
Cooking tips:1. Kunbo casserole is used for the first time (dry baking). Just wipe it with a wet towel. No need to wash it. 2. I use Kunbo casserole. It can endure high temperature up to 1300 ℃. The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to zero. It can dry bake (air burn) for a long time without cracking. Ordinary casserole should not imitate dry burn. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
