Step1:Season beans, peppers and ginger are all chopped and set aside. Cut the garlic for use.
Step2:Dry in the pot. Add in the oil and chopped green onion and ginger to make it fragrant.
Step3:Add string beans and chili powder to the pot and stir fry.
