Step1:Marinate. Add some peanut oil, soy sauce, salt and cornflour. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
Step2:Fried. Hot pot. Pour in a little peanut oil. Add ginger. Fry chicken wings until golden. About 35 minutes.
Step3:Stew. Pour in coke. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 2 minutes). Turn to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step4:Stew on the opposite side. Then turn over the wings and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step5:Serve.
Cooking tips:1. When frying chicken wings, don't pour in all the marinated juice. Otherwise, the oil will float when cooking. As shown in step 3, the whole appearance is not good. I later found out that when it turned out like this, I scooped up the oil slick and poured it into coke to stew it. 2. I bought a can of coke. Don't pour it all in when I stew it. Pour in half first. Turn it over depending on the situation. Then pour in the rest of the coke. Not all the cans are poured. 3. I've been simmering for about 25 minutes. It seems that 20 minutes is OK. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
